If a qualifier gets cancelled due to insufficient players, they will be disqualified and we will not reschedule the qualifier. Any player found playing in multiple qualifiers will be disqualified. If the player is in the top 5, the ticket will be removed from his account and the player in the 6th position will be credited with the ticket and so on. Forums cannot swap players qualified for the finals. Players who cannot participate in the finals will be timed out if they have registered. If a player's account is blocked by Risk for multiple accounts/other issues, they will be timed out and no swaps allowed. In case of a tie, the prize will be equally distributed among the teams. For example if two teams win 5 position, the prize for the 5th and 6th position will be added and distributed equally between the two teams. The team that wins 6th position gets 7th position, and so on. Unregistering from a qualifier and then re-registering to another qualifier will lead to disqualification.
